About

A SaaS agency built around product clarity and delivery discipline.

Celvix is a product agency that works with SaaS founders and teams at every stage — from pre-launch MVP to post-growth product improvement. We work across strategy, UX design, and full-stack engineering as one connected team, not separate vendors.

Most product problems are not caused by one isolated issue. Weak activation, missed launch timelines, or stalled product growth usually come from a combination of unclear scope, poor UX decisions, and engineering that moved before the product direction was settled. Our work is designed to address those problems together.

What we do

We help teams scope and build SaaS MVPs, improve product UX to reduce churn and improve activation, define positioning and product strategy, and deliver engineering work across the full stack. We also support AI feature planning and implementation for teams that need practical integration — not a demo.

How we work

We combine strategy, design, and development in one team so the same thinking that defines scope also shapes the UX and informs the architecture. That is different from working with separate agencies for each phase, and it is why our products stay aligned from kickoff through launch.

We typically start with a strategy call to understand the current stage, the bottleneck, and what a focused engagement would look like. Then we scope tightly and deliver in phases based on what the product actually needs to prove.

Who we work with

Our clients include pre-seed founders building their first SaaS product, early-stage teams that need to improve a product that is not converting or retaining, and growth-stage SaaS companies that need a focused engineering or design engagement.

We work remotely with teams across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Most projects run 6 to 16 weeks depending on scope, with some teams continuing on a longer-term basis.

Why we publish

The articles on the Celvix blog are written from the same perspective we use to deliver client work — practical, specific, and grounded in how SaaS products are actually built and improved. They cover MVP planning, UX design, customer research, AI integration, design systems, and product strategy.

If the content helps a founder make a better decision before hiring, that is a good outcome for both sides.
